We raise our lamb on a diet of diverse forest forage and nutrient-rich local non-spray alfalfa and grass hay, cultivating meat that boasts exceptional flavor while delivering a leaner, more nutritionally balanced profile. Our land is completely free of all “-cides”. Our approach embodies ethical and sustainable practices resulting in a locally sourced product that aligns with a true farm-to-table journey.
Whole lamb – $12 per pound (less deposit)

This is a deposit toward the purchase of half of a lamb, we will collect the final amount after the lamb is butchered. A whole lamb should cost approximately $650 to $900, depending on weight. This price includes all taxes, butcher fees, credit card processing fees, etc.
As harvest season approaches (typically in the fall) we will be in touch via phone or email. Once the animal is butchered and processed, I will provide an invoice that must be paid before or at the time of pickup.
